Jered Weaver wins the return engagement with Jarrod Washburn, shutting out the Mariners for seven innings as the Angels avoid a sweep 8-0. Its the third time Weaver pitched at least six shutout innings against the Mariners , but hes had enough bad games so that his career ERA against them is 4.75.
